• Timelines: Delivery timelines are estimates (typically 3–5 business days across metros, 5–7 days for rest of India) and may vary depending on pincode location.
• Logistics Partners: Orders are dispatched via reputable third-party logistics partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC).
• Address Accuracy: Customers must provide complete addresses including landmarks, accurate pincodes, and active mobile numbers.
• Unforeseen Delays: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to extreme weather, regional disruptions, public holidays, or logistics partner bottlenecks beyond our reasonable control.
• Tracking: Upon dispatch, an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking link is generated and shared via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.

• Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order's packaging and dispatch status.
• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled in-transit; customers may proceed through our Return Policy upon delivery.
• If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
• Visttar Jewels will not impose unlawful or unfair cancellation charges.

Visttar Jewels may introduce promotional offers, coupon codes, festive bridal sales, and reward vouchers. Such offers are subject to specific validity periods, minimum order amounts, one-time usage restrictions, and non-combinability clauses. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
